I am with Fulmer.

He loves his school.

He saw an inept man as AD taking orders from Haslam and saw an opportunity to fix it.

There has been a mutiny in play here and the good guys won.

Also shame on the national media for using "sabotage" as the word for what Fulmer has done.

He completely stayed out of the entire process until Currie tried to sneak Schiano in with Jimmy Haslam's blessing. Only after that fiasco did Fulmer go to DiPietro and say Currie is in over his head.

Haslam is in over his head. Currie was sacrificed just now and it would be best for all the powers to see this and remember, they are not protected individually.

I can' pick sides on this one. Too many opinions coming in from each side. I am going to have to be in wait and see mode. I do want to believe that Fulmer is trying to do what is best for the university though. Weird times to be a Vol.

Wasn’t he doing that when he hired Clawson?

Vol Twitter needs to light up the AD and advocate for Leach. I've not seen so many people scared about a hire as I have from other fan bases in the past 12-14hrs when they learned about Leach to UT.

Yes. We do not need to lose sight of this. It is amazing how little the Leach hire is even being discussed now.

I believe that it may still be possible to still get Leach, or maybe Kiffin. Who knows, maybe Gruden would actually be more interested if Fulmer was AD. However, we need to continue to protest if they try to bring in someone like the re-tread Steele (I'm not saying he couldn't work out, but really?!)

Basilio says this is the house of haslam being toppled.

If so I can deal with a crappy churn and burn 3 and out coach. But I'd rather just appoint Hoke interim and try again in 2018 rather than forcing Kevin Steele in there.

So we lose out on Leach and we should feel good about it?

Please Fulmer. Please. Just don't hire Kevin Steele.

Fulmer loves UT but I also know he never wanted to fire close friends. Is this a good thing or not. I don't know. All I know is if Fulmer is actually named interm AD or AD, he has a chance to hire someone great and become more of a legend here. If he hires a close friend, all goes to hell quickly.

This is a great day in UT Football history!!!!

McMurphy was just on Nashville radio.

-Fulmer sabatoged among other boosters and donors on every hire. Said he wasn’t involved in the search.

-Leach wants the job. Says if we offered we still could have him.

-He thinks Fulmer will get the AD job.

All I can remember right now as I’m busy at work.

Basilillio is so stupid. He was all for Gundy being the savior but he’s saying leach would’ve been the worst hire of them all because the offense wouldn’t work.

It’s. The. Same. Offense.

I'm choosing to believe this is positive. Fulmer wants to win. We have a Tennessee man running the show. He will bring us back.

Mcmurphy is on the radio saying there were boosters and members of the bot calling candidates who Currie offered over the last week and talking them out of taking the job. Called it house of cards. Sounds like booster war

You ALL wanted Haslam out.

This had to be done this way.

Yes, we might have lost Leach - short sighted - in the long run this is a major win for UT.

Fulmer and those that will remain and will be brought in won't pander to Haslam.

Fulmer is not in Haslam's pocket - the one guy for sure I know will stand up to him.
