What makes this potential hire even better is the fact that other SECe fans are already pissing all over themselves. UK is in full meltdown over the idea. UF fans are not thrilled about it, UGA fans are salty (Leach will destroy Smart's defensive scheme).

bammer fans are excited because they think TSIO will be a fun game again.

I still feel bad about that. I crashed hard when it was wrong. I'm now convinced the misinformation campaign is at insane levels. I just hope Leach isn't another lie.

I won't get my hopes up on this until he is officially announced by an official UT twitter account. BUT, if it does happen, we will be booming. This is a really solid hire considering the state of our AD.

I have put my cup back on just in case Leach is our kick of the day. I’m gonna keep my eye on Feldman’s twitter all day. He will be the one to break yes or no.

Literally every other SEC east team is nervous if he comes here and some of our fans are saying “don’t want.” 😂

I know we won’t all agree but this is damn good hire this late into this emberassing search.

This better not be the case at this point. That dumba$$ better have prior approval of the candidate and money he can offer before he interviews anyone further... this is what is so ass backwards about this entire search.

Vol Colonel says Bev and Currie have a 9 AM meeting but he doesn't know if it's face to face or via skype. TIFIW given the source.

Leach and Currie met and Leach is very interested.

Currie flew back to Knoxville late last night, overnight. He is scheduled to meet with Chancellor Davenport and others this morning to assess where the search is.

Sources reaffirmed to me this morning that no deal is done with any coach at this point.

Hubbs said that last night that Leach flew back to wasu and Currie flew back to Knoxville and has a 9 am meeting with Davenport to discuss where things are in the search
