Their not protesting because the name isn’t a Gruden. It’s about the guy doing the hiring. Why is that so hard to understand?

I’ll make it easier if Currie had marched out Leach on Sunday I would have been like eh, not my first choice but I can get behind it.

Truth is I kinda like Leach not necessarily for UT but I do think he’s a decent coach but like I’ve said it’s not about him.

I’m in the Gruden thread bc it’s the most active and thought maybe there would be some adult discussion about Leach since that’s the info we have now. Half the talk in here isn’t even about football lol But all anyone wants to say is “Gruden till it ain’t” or “GTFO”.

TN is 123

WSU defense is ranked 15 in total defense

TN 82

So...........he and his staff are better than over half of the SEC in both categories

But yeah let's not hire him

Is it safe to go to bed and let the 3rd shift have it? Was hoping for an update with something encouraging before bed. I feel like this thread has kicked my ass today. Eyes and neck hurting like hell. But, I know as soon as I turn it lose, Beave will pop up with a teeet or post.

Probably because your delivery sucks. I can handle conversation about Leach but you should approach it in a different manner.

Leach is goofy!He will be the face of the university and to many the entire state.I am sick,guess we are just giving up. Seen a poster whose opinion I value say we may not win championships but it will be entertaining. If this is were we have fallen to, we aren't relevant in college football anymore. I thought at Tennessee we won championships.

Problem is they play against powder puff teams compared to the SEC..Those stats would be different here.

Could you set this to a secular tune instead? This feels sacrilegious to me and seems inappropriate. Any coach we are talking about, including Gruden, should not be compared to our Savior. I know you do this in jest, but it is uncomfortable to me and some others I imagine. Thanks!

If Currie was going to be fired tomorrow then there is no way he would be out west getting Leach a raise. Especially unmedicated.
Currie must be playing the coaches raise lotto. Coaches put their names in a hat and ever whose name Currie pulls out , he goes an offers them a job and the said school offers an extension and raise and Currie moves on to the next coach. #curriescoachesraisetour2017

This Florida thread is 75 pages long making fun of our admin, Haslam, and us. The link I'm posting is at 74. Watch their attitude change as they get a kick out of Sumlin saying no to the news we might be hiring Leach. And then go to page 75.
