Honestly, if he does go, I'll have a hard time being upset.
Not because I don’t like Leach, but because the dude deserves it. If he leaves, he’s leaving WSU in a wayyyyy better place than it was when he arrived and proved to the world that it is 100% possible to win in Pullman. And I have to think the WSU job is at least somewhat more attractive to prospective coaches now, thanks to Leach winning here and the new facilities and all. Plus, I think Leach at Tennessee could honestly be a lot of fun. After taking and succeeding at two difficult jobs here and at Tech, he’s probably earned a chance to show what his system can do somewhere where recruiting and resources won’t be an issue.

That said, if Grinch goes with him I’m hitting the panic button and nobody can stop me.

There isn't one. Leach is like Dooley on acid, if Dooley could actually coach, that is. His pressers will be insane. He's going to beat Florida year one by 30 and talk about Daniel Boone or something at the post game press conference.

Players coach, good recruiter and will attract top notch offensive recruits.

Innovative offense. Get ball in the hands of playmakers.

Exact opposite of Butch Jones, which is what we need.

Man, I'm with you to an extent. Leach should be an unacceptable hire for Tennessee. But we have Currie and Haslam now. At some point you have to try to make lemonade. We can be happy that we have lemonade and still be outraged that our POS administration is giving us lemons.
