We have to do something. This recruiting class could fall apart at anytime. Martinez flirting with OSU. Mays all but gone to Clemson. Taylor gone. Horn gone.

Leach wasng on the top of my list but he can run an offense.

Ummm leach might be the best pure coach we’ve talked to. I know he’s the best on the offensive side of the ball. The dude has taken 2 TRASH no name power 5 programs, developed 2 and 3 stars, and become a part of the national conversation.

You're crazy if you think any kid from the South is going to play in that offense over playing at UF, UGA, Bama, FSU, Auburn, Clemson, or any of the other big schools.

Leach will be entertaining at least. Really interesting to see what he does with the resources. He won at high level at two places nobody wins at, nobody wants to go to and with limited resources.....don't know how he would do in recruiting being so quirky

Sumlin and Les can coach and recruit. Leach can coach, but has zero ties to recruiting this part of the country and will not get the talent necessary to compete. Leach can't show up and just expect talent to show up because he's there.

What specifically do you not like about Leach? Serious question, you’re one of the more respectable posters IMO

I am a little underwhelmed if Leach is the guy. Still, he is soooooo much better than Doeren or Schiano, I will welcome him. I would still rather have Sumlin, but it does not sound like he is interested. I would also rather have Tee, even if he is not quite ready yet. I do think Leach will struggle some on the recruiting trail as this place is a great place to recruit to, but you are competing with a great deal of cutthroat competition and you have to be able to outwork our competitors. Compared to Sunday afternoon, though, Thursday night is a breath of fresh air.
