Cool story bro in all this mess--- my son goes to Auburn and is part of Emerge, a leadership program-- this afternoon Inky spoke to them and he got to talk to him for 5 minutes...
Said he was nervous, but instantly was at ease because Inky was so personable and easy to talk to. My son started throwing out UT stats, players when he played, said he used to watch him play in Neyland when he was little, and that his Dad went there...

Inky actually asked my son how his Dad was taking the coaching search and told my son to be nice to me through all of this since they(Auburn) are riding high at the moment and we are in the ditch! He told my son to tell me to have faith that it will all get worked out, and sooner than later we will back on the path to rise into the program we once were...
Pretty cool.

I can roll with Sumlin. I just want to know what his staff will look like. While it may be unpopular, I'm good with Kevin Steele as well. Several have said he'll bring Tee as OC along with Rodney Garner. Would be a dynamite recruiting staff. Adding to that, they're actually good football coaches as well. To me, you don't have to be a great football coach to get great results at Tennessee. Butch Jones was able to manage two 9 win seasons. I'm also of the opinion that Dooley would have won 9 or 10 in 2012 had he hired Kevin Steele and not Sunseri. Bottom line is, I'm confident we'll end up with a better coach than our last two. Better coach that Butch Jones = 8 or 9 win seasons pretty much every year. Not saying that's good enough, but we're gonna have to start walking before we can run.
