I'm in favor of the "Fire Currie" chant. Don't know what the guy did before he was being escorted out, but from what I think I saw, the takedown was probably justified, IMO. When you don't obey a lawful command from a law enforcement officer, and you resist his attempt to escort you out, I think he has the right to subdue you. I'm old school. Disrespect of law enforcement cannot and should not be tolerated. You may disagree, but you must obey.
So you're telling me we have to hire Harvey Updike....
I'm on board.
Coasty I actually like you as a poster but I actually had a heart attack on Friday and it had nothing to do with wilting like a flower. Im still here hoping we clean the rot from our AD and get someone in charge with some brass balls.
About to be some things leaked out about Haslam. If anyone ever had any doubts that once worked inside the UT athletics department, those doubts will soon be erased. I'm done with Jimmy boy. I'll burn every bridge i've ever built if i have too. I will not be posting on here for awhile.
I would take that video and go to a jury any day. A picture is worth a thousand words.
The UT side can try to explain it away. But one thing I learned about this law stuff. When you are the side doing the explaining, you are the side with a problem.
Plus, the three on one makes it look even worse. You take those three depositions separately, and you end up with three different stories. Then you ask the jury, "so, who is telling the truth...or is anybody telling the truth." Those meatheads would sink UT's case.
I'm listening to @SportsRadioKnox with @TuneInSports. #NowPlaying FOX Sports Knoxville, WKGN 1340 AM, Knoxville, TN | Free Internet Radio | TuneIn
Absolutely correct. And how did Bama right the ship? It started by kicking its own problem causing, meddling booster know as Bear Bryant Jr to the curb. Then Saban became attainable. And the rest is history.
