Mike Leach.

He's been at two historically AWFUL football schools in the middle of nowhere. Don't start complaining about Defense.

They are ranked 15th in the NCAA in Total Defense, Rank 1st in the conference in pass defense. I don't know where UT is after paying Shoop all that money, but nowhere close to 15th I bet.

His passing offense and his QB are ranked in the top 5 in the NCAA.

When USC came to town, to play in the WSU Stadium which holds 33,000 screaming fans, ranked #5 with their highly recruited, definitely gonna get drafted QB...WSU's Senior, 2*, former walk on made a far better impression. WSU won that game 30-27.

They didn't look like they belonged on the field with USC, but the better coach won that game, the clock management was perfect.

I like Kiffin, I mean, I respect him as a football coach on the offensive side of the ball. I'd be okay with that if he can straighten up and also realize we don't want to be thug U...I totally understand why the Admin isn't keen on the idea. Really that's the only thing I understand at all about this entire search so far.

I want football to be fun again, Leach is fun.

LANE KIFFIN .I've not been on the Lane train but I'm buying my ticket now. We need SEC experience hire imo. Who would that Be? Yes hire him and let's go win in 2018. I'm sick of this crap.I never thought we (Vols)would ever be this low. We start winning all this goes away. Without it our players start leaving, recruiting will sux for 2 or 3 years till a nobody coach proves himself, if he is able to prove in a positive way. Hire Lane and let's win. We are all tired of this crap. I was mad at him for a long time,not sure I'm over it yet. Lol but I do think he is the way to go at this point.
