Not gonna happen. Currie is way too stupid. Look at guys like Brohm. PR darlings that seem like yes men. Thats what we will end up with. You think guys like Smart and Mullen are going to give two craps about Brohm or Doeren? They are probably hoping for us to hire either one. I believe they would be a little worried about Kiffin. Why? Because the guy can flat out develop QBS and run an offense.

STOP THE KIFFEN CRAP! Kiffen screwed us hard! I'll keep what little pride I have left and push for the chess club coach to take over before I would push for LAME. no matter what kind of coach he may or not be. Remember in big boy college football USC had some of the best recruits and he couldnt pull it off. Does well in FAU circles thats where he should stay.

Gundy was playing us, but the 8-10 mil at least got him to the table. There has to be someone more proven than Doeren or Kiffin willing to talk for that kind of money. They have all the leverage the longer this gets dragged out so I would like to think there is another big name out there willing to take the chance.

He's one of the few who actually wants the job right now. Our fanbase and Lane are both hungry for relevance

Give him an incentive-based contract, low buyout for us to fire and high buyout for him to walk. Surrounding him with a few VFLs would be icing on the cake

He had 50 or 55 scholarship players at USC and still went 28-15. He did well with the deck stacked against him in big boy ball.
