Im perfectly fine with Morris if a good DC is attached. Get Morris his money and bump up Steele's pay to get him here as DC and lets ride.

Probably going to be Morris. Oh well

At least when he comes in a recruits house he can say I coached Deshaun Watson, Sammy Watkins, DeAndre Hopkins, Martavis Bryant, Andre Ellington, and on and on, and on. He has a top 10 pick on his SMU team this year too.

VN right now...

Please tell me Bahama John has already tried calling Bob Stoops and saying, “We’ve got $10m with your name on it as soon as you sign the dotted line and $8m/yr after that. Please come on down.”

I only know UT football from Fulmer on down, so I can't speak on much before him, but what was the main ingredient that made Fulmer so successful? He bleeds orange! That alone means more than it's getting credit for because it's more invested than a paycheck and building a resume. Kiffin is a heck of a coach, and was also during his time here, but he bolted for his dream job and left us high and dry with really no remorse. Dooley gets a pass so to speak because everyone knew he was way in over his head, but it was slim pickings. Butch lost to Dooley, which was red flag #1, and he also didn't know how to win in the SEC, he even admitted to not knowing initially that he needed bigger and stronger Dlinemen to win in this league. Tee knows exactly what he would be getting into, exactly what it takes to be successful, and I strongly believe this would be his dream job. The read on I think we keep getting this wrong is because we keep looking to make the best hire instead of looking to make the best hire for us!

No chance that Bahama John could talk Stoops out of retirement.
