The next statue erected on campus should be to the dude that followed Currie around the concourse yelling “Gruden.... Gruden”. That looks brilliant now.

Yes, he turned Butch down. Maybe he knew what he would be stepping into. Smart move.

Just because a person played for UT doesn't mean they have to coach here if the situation isn't right for them. It's their career!

I believe everybody is blindsided. I know this lady and she's very reputable. This should have gone down as we expected.

This is like a bad BBC drama. You just can't make it up.

No, I see the passion. That’s not what I’m saying. We have done our part. Now it’s up to the people who can do something to do it. And it doesn’t look like they have the time to do it so Haslams and Currie will just trot out a no name and BECAUSE of our fans passion, they will forgive and go to games. Look, I hope I’m completely wrong but we embraced Dooley and Jones. We will eventually embrace whoever. That’s why this moment is so critical. Because if we can’t move them out now, we never will.

Jmo, but I think a lot of the time posts get misunderstood, its hard sometimes to accurately convey true meaning of feelings in text.

I never wanted Miles, Kiffin or Tee. But seeing the debacle we are witnessing right now, I'd be very happy with any of those compared names like Morris or Healy.

I mean, this is like who do I want as POTUS, Trump, Hilary, Rodman or Springer, and I have to pick one. "None" is not an option.

By no means am I suggesting that. I’m merely bringing up the point he turned us down last time. Nothing more nothing less. I have no problem with him going to USC or staying there.

However, you bring up a great point if Tee Martin never played here would he be on your list?

We are down to a "lesser of evils" situation.

Somebody made a case for Mike Houston recently. Heck at this point, why not? At lease he's a proven winner. Albeit at a lower level.
