This seems to be the only thread calling for this. We need to get everyone involved. They’ve all been enamored with the coaching carousel and NOT focused on the bigger issue.
We can’t let off steam!

Here is my opinion as to why the other boosters haven't overthrown JH, and why Currie has not been fired. All the high level boosters could possibly be co-investors/owners in many different ventures. Some, not all, have many business agreements with big Jim or little Jim. To be successfull, you also need political connections. These connections go from not only the governor's mansion, but straight to the US Senate. Little Jim's college roommate was none other than RINO Bob Corker. No doubt that RINO Lamar Alexander is in the Haslam pocket as well. Business people need politicians for favors, and to help dictate pro business policy. Long story short, the Haslem political machine has more clout, thus stifling and rooting out the influence of all the other boosters. And who knows what kinda dirt the Haslams have on others. The Haslams didn't get where they are by being squeaky clean. JMO. Fire them all! I've sent my emails, and made my calls. No more money will they get from me, be it ticket sales, or merchandise.

Right place, right time, that's all well and good, but when you have the one guy who says he has this damning information that could crush haslam, then we need to continue to call and email because we don't want Currie to hire the next coach.

Don't you think that right time would be now? If rumors are true and Gundy is going to give a response tomorrow, then potentially there is less than 24 hours to get Currie and Haslam gone before he can get the hire.

If, and this is a big if at this point, IF Gruden is really on the hook, and you can take down both Currie and Haslam RIGHT NOW if you had the info, you're telling me you wouldn't do it?

I call BS on that.

Everyone still in this thread believes that there is a serious cancer in our AD. However, just because we believe doesn’t make it any easier to rid us of our problem.

Where are the former players? Where are the boosters, where is the media? I’ll tell you where...no where to be seen.

Kinda hard to start a revolution when 100 people on an Internet forum believe. Yes, I know we extend beyond here but we’ve been raked over the coals the last 48 hours and now they float Gundys name. Of course you’re going to unite the masses because you didn’t think we could land him after the past two days.

Exile, I get it, I believe Haslam and Currie need to be gone and will do my part but from a strategic standpoint the Generals running this fubar operation are losing in an astronomical way and need some lessons in psychological warfare.

Btw...I think it’s safe to say that Mr. Manning is not the VFL we thought he was. Just to many reports out there now.

There have been a few times in my life I was angry bc I wasn't let in on information I thought I was entitled to only to find out later I was either (A)more upset that I knew and wished I didn't or (B) the info was completely opposite then what I had conjured it up to be.
Lack of clarity stinks but is sometimes necessary. You have your right to be upset, but maybe consider that he is sharing he knows things that are damning to Haslam/Currie to give us some hope things are looking up.

Please don’t take this as me being rude, but I don’t trust that the boosters other than Haslam have any real power. They didn’t keep Hamilton, Hart or Currie out. They didn’t get Gruden in 2012, and we’re supposed to believe they have been working for 5 years to get Gruden and they were still bested by Haslam. And Haslam has won Peyton to the dark side.

The Haslam empire can afford to pay off everyone involved and probably will. Somebody will take the fall and admit under oath to being the mastermind behind it all and will go to prison. That man's family will receive an enormous cash "contribution" for it.

It would be nice to see him go down for this, but I am thinking he walks. His reputation will take a hit though and he might have to dial his ego back some.

I still think UT needs to just refuse his money.
