I doubt that the Haslams want Lane's recruits back robbing customers in Pilot parking lots.

I don't blame him for leaving. I'm reflecting on what was left in his wake and it's pretty disturbing that there was that much carnage and so many are either unaware of it or have forgotten about it. He'll need an FBI background check at the very least. Has he been through rehab yet?
