Now JG dad adding fuel to the fire on Twitter. Basically said we (fans) opened Pandoras Box and if players dont like the new hire, but the fans do, players will protest. What an effin sxxx storm.
Of course. Voice your opinion and have your voice heard. He doesn't work for the University but boosters are putting pressure on the school as well. So making your voice heard helps. No uproar yesterday then Schianao is our coach. Regardless of who made the calls.
I was a reference where Atlanta vol posted today?
Can someone direct me to his post or tell me what he said?
We are headed into a dark time...but we must rid ourselves of the folks who continue to bring this program down and bow to old money in order to truly have a chance at the future. I am headed to ktown today...if something isnt done then many of us have no other choice than to pull funding and resources until a change is made. I urge all of you no matter how big or small a donor to let the folks at UTAD department know we expect a healthy process and fair shake....if not support other good causes and get tickets on stub hub the day of the game if you want but do not donate until resolution has come.
Schiano was never plan B as I alluded to earlier...even sadder part is I found out about it from one of Urbans very close associates literally as it was going down Sunday afternoon with a text did you know you are closing in on Schiano? Your crew is up here now are you aware?
Ill elaborate more once I have time to put the rest of the puzzle together and the timing around it but rest assured this guy was never even on most of our radar until the very last second....which is clearly what Currie wanted.
I am headed to knoxville now...then off to an another location to discuss what measures will help force change. We must demand accountability....pure and simple.

Is the admin looking to see if there is cause with Currie to save the buyout?I dont know but I know a lot of angry people with deep pockets want him out. The group I hangout with had a teleconference last night and all agreed we were ready to back out if GS was hired. We elected our highest ranking booster to contact the AD and tell them. All of us together is a very significant amount of money. I dont know if we are going to pull that card again for Currie but I know we are going to talk again in the next couple of days. You have to be careful with the nuclear option. I know that several of us today have talked to reps of the AD and expressed the Currie needs to be out.
Might mean nothing but both Butch and Barnes MOU's had place for AD, Chancellor and CFO !Hold your fire, folks. It might not have required her signature to be enforceable.
If there was a spot for her signature, and it was never signed, it would be very good for UT.
But, if there wasn't, then you get into all kinds of arguments concerning Currie's authority, etc.
Do you not understand what just happened? The boosters did meet with Gruden, in Tamps, to iron out the details of his contract. Gruden wanted total control of the football program and he was led to believe he was getting control.
Haslam and Currie were on board with this because, secretly, those two had another agenda. Everyone was led to believe Gruden was coming.
Gruden didn't want to be announced as our coach until 11/28. This was the perfect opening for Haslam and Currie to formulate their own plan. If Gruden had not put that stipulation in place, there's a good chance all of this stuff happening today could have been avoided. He would have been our next coach. I bet I'm pretty much spot on here. At least I think so.
Only thing I can think of is some sort of open letter of different groups stating why they are cancerous to the University and ask them to stop making decisions on behalf of all of us. It could be respectfully worded and well thought out. You would have to get multiple respected people to sign onto it though. I don't know, maybe that wouldn't work. That's my only idea.
They set up the false flag to start and come back in later to be portrayed as saviors to some extent. In the perfect scheme of this type you can't connect them to the initial act though. This very well maybe occurring but Currie nor Haslam aren't the initiators. Seems like the party to gain let this happen knowing the self-destruction would happen. Currie sabotaged himself for some reason best I can tell. A big piece of info missing for sure.
