Jeff has ties to UT through Brad Lampley and the Trinity HS connection here in Louisville. He would be a great hire and is a class act with no baggage. Was talking to a young guy in a restaurant that overheard my son and I talking last night about him as the next UT coach. He said he played at Trinity and also for Jeff at Western and said what a great coach and person he is. I graduated from HS with Brohm's director of Football Operations who was a GA at UT under Majors and also coached HS in Tennessee. He is also a great guy and coached DL with Tuberville at Ole Miss and Auburn and with Brohm at Western. These are football guys to the bone and would be a great fit for what we need. Would also be great recruiters.

Taggart is at Oregon and Brohm is at Purdue. Big difference. Taggart may not want to come here.

I would take him 100/100 times over Schiano even without the Penn State stuff.
