People jumping off theMullin train yet ?

The almighty Nick Saban has lost to Ole Miss twice. In consecutive years by the way. He should either be fired or not taken seriously as a good coach......

No school wanted him but Sexton leaking Mullens name worked. Last one out the door shut off the lights.

Better get on frost and campbell.....

Only advantage to Mullen is his regular season is now over, and interviewing him today doesn't violate the decorum of hiring other peoples coaches. Since our AD chose to be in Cancun right now, I assume Mullen is not the top candidate.

Not saying he should be the first choice but that means nothing. They can't match the money we can offer. Nor all the other things like tradition and facilities.

Yep it does sure mean something.

It means he’s not leaving MSU and isn’t going to be the HC here.

I’m sure all you Florida, Georgia, Vandy, and Alabama fans who pose as Vols are very happy we didn’t get Mullen. He would’ve dominated you the same fashion our last two coaches have.

Give it a break. He couldn’t dominate UMASS, he sure wasn’t going to dominate FL or GA.

Never got on the Mullen train.

And if Mullen is smart, he’ll never even consider getting on the Tennessee football train. It’s a bubbling ish pool that will do nothing but tank his career. He’d be wise to say thanks but no thanks, stay in Starkville with a big raise and let somebody else try their hand in Knoxville for 3-4 years before being run out of town.

Yep this is the likely outcome. Jimmy is probably earning his commission with this client.
