Oh I'm not shaken at all...I know what and who I look at on here and I know what outcome I want and what outcome I believe will happen...I wouldn't continue on this thread if that was not the case...and I know there will always be trolls and haters...I know i don't have as much knowledge as 99% of the people on here...but Im 100% grudafied...signed, sealed, and delivered.

I'm out here getting blocked by "media" on twitter because I'm saying Gruden is coming...prove he isn't.

It only takes one voice, and the right time and opportunity, to make a difference. Who knows who will hear you.

Well I will tell you something, if Currie trots out somebody next week that is not Gruden or at least in the same realm (Petersen, Patterson, etc.), I'm going to send that guy bags of dog poop for the rest of my life. Especially since he is just chilling in the Bahamas right now. He better have a big fish on the hook. I'll always be a Vol, but I need a new coach that can get me excited about Tennessee again. And that's not Mullen, Rutger's coach, Norvell, or whatever lackluster guy.

It makes no difference if the coach is Mickey Mouse or how good the player is he represents the university and doing what he did publically shows immaturity at a level no one wants around a program

Everyone’s assuming JJ was dismissed because of the video. Be patient - more will come out. Everyone needs to at least consider that the video could have been the effect of a decision rather than the cause for one. At least until more is known.

I heard La Tech had a brand name coach a few years ago, let's go get him, maybe we'll get lucky this time

That would make sense. Could have gotten into it with Hoke and staff today at practice. Hoke kicks him off team and tells him to go home. Hoke then has to call Currie and make sure what he just did was ok. Currie says yes, because he's in Bahamas and bringing us Gruden next week. Next week when new coach is announced, Currie will then deal with JJ and reinstate him to team.

Rumors are he threatened to leak details about Grudens contract and AD said for him to GTFO

Just not the same situation as any of that. Jennings is not an employee. The assistant manager in charge is also fired in this scenario.

Lets say you hire a personal trainer and training staff to get 80 people in shape. Those 80 people are very unique and many others want to train them. They make you a tremendous amount of money and you don't actually have to pay them at all.

Instead of getting in shape, the 80 people get much fatter the longer the trainers work with them. You fire the entire staff and ask one of the assistants to stay on for 4 more days until you can hire another training staff. One of the 80 people who were not taught anything about getting in shape by the trainers blast said trainers for being incompetent on social media.

I'd have no trouble with it.

I'd have came out and said "we understand the frustration from Mr Jennings. He had a tremendous amount of faith in the staff we had in place when he chose the University of Tennessee. It's apparent now that the staff failed him and the other athletes in our football program. That's why they have been removed as employees of the University of Tennessee. We will internally discuss this matter with Mr Jennings and the new coaching staff as soon as they are announced. Thank you and Go Vols."
