From AV’s post, I don’t think he has shut it down, but they can’t get him to agree. At some point, you have to move on.

Yes, the Mods really wiped old posts. Hutch, from TOS, threw a name out that he believed the Beaver was. That name got spread around. Much doxxing effort was had. The Ban hammer was fast and swift, and all his posts were deleted.

I think this is where we are. It's the only thing that makes sense for me, with the last big recruiting push coming ahead of early signing.

My spooky story of MIT_Beaver:

The original MIT_Beaver got doxxed, the mods took down his posts and deleted his account to protect his identity. Some troll re-made his account and is the new MIT_Beaver. This is why his tone and message shifted suddenly as he returned.

(This is parody, don't take it seriously please.)

If thats true then you have to move on. Cannot just sit around waiting and hoping. I am beginning to think Gruden is scared.

I don't see anything in AV's post that says anything like that. There are a few good interpretations, and none of them indicate an inability to find agreement.

I don’t think he’s necessarily scared.

At this point, Gruden is hired or he has an offer in hand.

Just waiting to give Currie a Yes or No.

H4G - thank you for posting this. Throughout these threads, you have been one of my favorite posters. For those of us who have been along for the ride since Bubba and Beaver first came on the scene, it was great to have your insight and legal expertise with explanations we could understand. Even if this search doesn't end the way we hope it will, I have learned a lot from you and will always be appreciative of that!

I don’t think it is fear as much as he knows the time commitment. He was a legendary workaholic. Slept in his office and all of that. Who knows? Maybe the wife made an uktimatum.

Someone posted the real beav's social media and it was almost imemdiately taken down. Me and maybe a hand full of people saw it. Beav is who he claims to be.
