I have to agree that Currie is setting himself up to disappoint the fan base if the whole Gruden thing is a smokescreen. I don't have inside info, but from everything that's happened there definelty was ( hopefully still is) a strong push for Gruden from the AD and boosters. Maybe he turned us down, but as I said before if he did we should hear something definite on MNF if not sooner.

Lol, maybe misdirect was the wrong choice of word. That’s just how I took it. Like I said, everyone I would ask about it would either roll their eyes, shake their head or laugh it off. I got no positive vibes about it whatsoever. Maybe they were doing that because there were so many people in the box last night (a few LSU fans too) but they all seemed to be telling the truth.
