Everything's been under control this month, which is the longest I've gone since diagnosed. Different medicines, a nasty rabbit food diet and not even the occasional Gameday beer - all sucks but at least it's working.
Which is a good thing because it can be fatal.

It's always there and some continuous pain but mostly back to normal. Really appreciate you asking, thanks.

Good to hear.

Hutch7 still all in on Gruden. Challenging people to bet with him. He's not sure why they haven't announced it. Thinks they are waiting until after Vandy. Tifwiw.

I’m telling ya...Gruden signed on the dotted line the middle of last week. Hubbs screwed up and made a post that leaked it.

Grumors!!

What's your take on Butch? Sounds like it was a pretty nasty breakup. Was hoping Butch would resign at the podium and make peace. I don't believe he even issued a statement.

It was very nasty. He didn't expect to get fired that day and he was an a$$ about it. He got mad because they wanted him to clear out his office quickly and asked him to relinquish some things that were UT's property. Whole thing was weird. He wanted out and was looking for a parachute last year... even upgraded to Sexton to find a soft landing. Then he started acting like he wanted to stay another year so his kid could finish HS at Catholic. He was telling players and recruits that Currie had promised him another year and whatever resources he needed to finish the rebuild. Sucks to have to pay $8M to be rid of someone that was so ready to bail.

Didn't Hank say that Currie talked to Aranda a long time last night?

People throw out other DC's, but I think Shoop can be good, if we had an offense to help him. We don't know what went on with Butch and last night, they played really hard, but you had Calloway dropping the ball on the 5 yard line last night due to 3000 gallons of water falling on his face. Not much wiggle room.

Not sold on Shoop. He may be really good. There's certainly a history of OC's and DC's we let go of that tore it up at their next job, so...

Just too many fundamental errors (bad angles, poor tackling form, etc.) that make me think Shoop isn't around next year. Of course, he'll go to UT Chattanooga and hold us to 180 yards of total offense next year.....

Go Vols.

I just keep in the back of my mind that this will be THE biggest hire of Curries career and when asked if a search firm will be used, he says, "Na, I got this". He is confident enough that he gets the guy he wants, that he is going to go at this with what appears to be the one man wolfpack approach. If he fails to deliver what he promised, he will take a significant hit to his career IMO.

Hes either got it sign, sealed and delivered or we are watching the slow descent of his time as UTAD.

I think if we hadn't had a lame duck AD last year he may have been let go. It's never good to let someone hang around that doesn't want to be there.
