That wasn't the reason I thought he went. I think he went because he doesn't know. No one knows.

Right. I think now he doesn’t believe the meeting happened.

At the time I think he didn’t know anything. And even though his gut probably said it was stupid his fear got in the truck and drove down there.

UF about to hire Chip Kelly and our AD has been chillaxin last few days planning a trip to the Bahamas? hahah Currie locked up Gruden awhile ago. The rest is all bs.

If Florida hires Kelly and we hire some dildo I'm done with wasting time following this team. I'll watch games but be done following recruiting etc.

Care to explain?

They have had at least 5 defensive starters/major contributors either injured for the year or dismissed from the team, and three happened in game one. They now start 7 freshmen or sophomores on defense, and 9 total who Norvell recruited himself (two other jucos). They play a true freshman at NT and another sophomore DL. They have a very young secondary including TJ Carter at CB, who is a true freshman.

It is impressive that their offense has been good enough to go 9-1. Basically, it is similar to us as last year, but he keeps winning.

I'm not sure Currie was there. Did Brice say specifically that Currie was there? I have an idea that a it contingent was there, just not Currie.

Guys I just have a hard time believing that Currie would hire someone like a Norvell after what we just went through with CJ. He's got to know that's a big risk and his job. If Currie can't land a big hire I think it says a lot about his ability to get the job done. I am holding out HOPE that he lands a big one. Unless of course they all turn him down.

Matt Campbell?

I think a 9 million dollar buyout hurts Campbell's chances of moving. Does it end the chances as alot of people think he's going to be the real deal, but that's a big time front end investment for a guy in his second year at Iowa State. Now, he was successful at Toledo. So it's not like he's got a 2 year tenure as a head coach.

I realize that this is a touchy subject, but have you ever considered that Currie's white whale isn't Gruden? That while fans are all caught up in one net, Currie is chasing somebody entirely different?
