The thing about Schiano is, UT wants to hire a sitting P5 HC. But the coaching market is going to be more competitive than anticipated. We're going to have to compete for coaches we thought we could get at a good value. The landscape shifted. If we drop down to the G5 tier, I think we'll give top coordinators a look, as well, and see who's the best candidate available.

Currie has promised a big time hire. He needs to follow through with that. Make. It. Happen.

So let's get this straight: Tennessee can't fire Butch mid-season because it might look bad to other candidates and Chip Kelly isn't a fit here because of his NCAA show cause...

But Florida fires a 2x division champion midway through his third year and goes for the best college football coach not employed and seems to have landed him...

And the problem is the Tennessee fanbase is too demanding. Give me a break. Tired of the gas lighting from the powers that be. Just admit that winning is not a priority for us. Don't insult my intelligence.
