This is what Beaver said would happen.....that there would be a period of up to 2 weeks and nothing appearing to happen.

I’m not sure I like AV’s wording on Plan A and the backup plan. I hoping for the best but his message this morning didn’t sound encouraging. He said that some wouldn’t like the backup plan. In order for us to even know the backup plan, Plan A (Gruden) would have to say no. So, it doesn’t sound promising to me. Hope I’m just misreading his post!

I think that's more Flor than Kelly. Especially with Chip contacting Flor and not the other way around. He's rumored to really want Ariz St if it opens up which is very possible.

What if Atlanta Vol has been asked to slow down Grudenmania after the way Currie was harassed last night? That was unbelievable behavior.

The few pieces of solid information that have come out seem to provide equal weight to both the idea that there's a chance and that there's not a chance of getting Gruden. And, after having gone through the saga in 2012, it just feels like history repeating itself.

Yeah, unless Gruden is a done deal or still in play I expect a statement from Currie real soon. If he didn't already realize how crazy it was getting, that was most likely an eye opener.

Dan Mullen is a good FB coach. He's at the 2nd toughest job in the SEC and winning there. That said I still don't want him at UT. We need an electrical shock boost, 20 Viagra boost to get us out of the doldrums.

Like I was told growing up, "never settle for good, when you can be great"!

Gruden is that guy!
