Yes, when I was 20 I, "got lost", there for a while. I came home and answered the bell and learned to take my lumps. Beautiful country. If the ish ever hits the fan that is the area I'm looking to bug out to.

I have taken about 6 long vacations out that way in my younger days. Had an uncle that lived on lake Henry. Loved the rodeo in Ennis.

There was a study completed recently suggesting it might erupt sooner. Still not real soon, but possibly around the end of my lifetime. Scary stuff.

Don’t put that on GFW, he has not said that at all. He’s been mostly cautious. Regardless he isn’t in the know anymore and has said as much many times.

skeeter gets a bad rap over one big miss in which a lot of people were fooled. He was at one time one of the best sources of info on these boards.

If you all treated half of these “insiders” in these threads half as bad as skeeter we would still be on Gruden thread 8.

I'd love a link, I haven't read that. I'm no geologist or seismologist but I do have 2 science degrees so that's interesting to me.

North eastern Idaho is not bad at all. Madison river, not so much. The people that live there know the best places.
