Very happy for those that got to take their children to their first game, I took my 10 year old last year. I know what that means and thanks to the great people who made that happen.

If it's not too much to ask could you please bring Gruden and end our suffering?

Hey Sara Clark! Thanks for tickets. Awesome seats. So kind of you to donate tickets to a total stranger and his son. It’s something he’ll remember for a long time.

Glad you had a great time. Did I just see you at racoon Valley pilot? Haha guy looked just like you with a little kid came in when I was walking out

There's a difference between an announcement and a press conference.
Do you really believe they would announce with him being on the other side of the Continent?

Not wanting to dispute you, you are solid. But there has been a ton of hysteria! Let's all let the process play out.

Would it make sense to make an announcement and then have a press conf. later? Double coverage, and give time for national media to fully cover the press conf.

So what’s the latest on the Grude front?

UT has successfully cloned him. He was spotted in both Knoxville and Seattle today. Right now, we are hoping UT gets the real deal while the clone either goes to Tampa or stays with ESPN.

Has Hubbs said anything about the coaching search today? Seems awful quite now that Currie is back in town. I assumed he might have been able to get some answers about his travels over the past couple days.

As much as I want Gruden, if I were him, I would stay far away from Tennessee. He will have a monumental task in changing the culture at Tennessee. We are undisciplined, weak and vastly unprepared for SEC play. Gruden is probably thinking the same thing.

Lets just hope he aint a ninny like you.

Your last paragraph is what i wanted to know. Sounds good as I hope tomorrow is the day. Now, the MNF comment has me intrigued however. 🤔

'Member those MNF trucks at Cedar Bluff?

I 'member! :)

Wouldn't be at all surprised if they were doing a little pre-production video shooting around Knoxville while on their way to Charlotte for MNF...

After tonight, I'd say Vol Nation could use a shot of adrenaline, what do y'all think?

Cry me a river the right coach can change it quick enough. Saban didn't have SQUAT to work with when he got to tuscaloser. You see teams turn it around quick all the time now. There is some talent here, bunch of injuries and no coaching has drained this season. But it's not like a good coach and staff couldn't turn it around. Give me a break. SOON! CHANGE IS COMING! GRUDEN TO THE VOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn’t take much to change a college teams culture. You just need some leaders on and off the field.

But it's kinda like putting vinyl siding on a 100 yr old house..... doesn't take much to make it a heck of a lot better

If the Grude wants Tee, I want Tee. No homo.

I will be lambasted for this, but flame away.

Tee was successful because he was handed a primed, well-oiled machine when he walked in. Let's be honest, Peyton cured the Majors hangover (literally) and built a team for the ages. Tee just reaped the benefits. I have contested it before and will do it again, without Al Wilson, Jeff Hall, Travis Henry and sheer luck, we don't win the first BCS championship.

Get your flamethrowers out.....

By the way, I don't understand the slobbering over his services as a coach. There are much better recruiters, OCs, and QBCs. VFL or not, we don't need 15 Vols roaming the sidelines, we already have 85 on scholarship.

If that went over your head, don't bother responding.

He sees the potential of a good team. And no one will ever say "Butch's Players" if he wins big. Which is the big excuse now...

poster Go Fight Win.

USED TO BE a solid insider for recruiting (i think he worked around and talked to players in the complex a lot).

he was posting out of excitement, not out of inside knowledge... just like everyone else during the calhoun's debacle.

I don't agree with your post past the bolded part.
