A life long friend of mine that is a pilot and has a pilot buddy that used to fly for UT was telling him that trying to track UT flights were pointless. He said "They block the tail numbers and use a dot-com tail number and can't be tracked on flightaware". I admittedly don't know enough about this stuff but figured someone on here might.
