Mark was and is a top level coach IMO. Had he taken a more hands on approach on offense toward the end of his UGA career, they might have won a national title. He's doing that now at Miami and he has them in playoff contention.

Mark Richt is the best offensive play caller in college football. No question! UGA wouldn't let him call plays after 2005 I believe and that's when UGA sort of peaked. If he was calling the plays with those teams with Stafford, Moreno, etc. They would have won a title!

One thing I know for sure, my opinion of Jon Gruden will change forever after this. He’s had several opportunities to turn this job down during interviews. The guy hasn’t even come close to doing that, in fact he’s brought up the Vols randomly in conversations to fuel the fire. He’s either a complete DB, or he wants this job badly.

Let’s not forget the guy showed up 2 hours before a damn game and sat in the stands when all of this spectaculation was occurring about Butch. That is the most damning thing I have seen to this point.
