I am not saying we aren't planning on paying handsomely, for the right coach, but I doubt that Norvell for example would be on the list for 10 mil.

Norvell or Fleck and it might be the hire that does me in. These guys are carbon copies of Butch Jones.

In 2009, I spent the whole search saying surely they won't go with that Dooley guy. I feel the same way about these two, hopefully it doesn't happen again.
