Gruden will recruit better than butch in name alone.

Plus his staff. He’s a football guy. Who cares if he hasn’t done it in college?

The only thing going through my mind right now is Lovie Smith. He’s still up there in the clouds somewhere and now so is Gruden. Fingers crossed Gruden lands!

Bingo. I wouldn't bet on him being on the plane. Doesn't feel like you announce it on Thursday of a game week.

Now, what you want is that signed MOU so you can sleep at night and announce it on your timeline.

My two folks don't know anything about this, but they don't usually get in conversations with the Bosses about UT much though so...I don't know. It feels like today is yes or no day, I just don't think we will know for a while for sure.

If he is on the plane it will be announced tonight.

Anybody got that list of reporters saying he’ll never coach TN and that TN will never hire a big name coach?

Where are the guys who said we’d have to settle for Brohm or Florida’s leftovers?

To be fair, I know one mid level booster that thought that it was wrapped up last week. Boosters aren't always in the know.
