Agreed. And why would we do anything to the contrary? He knows how this game is played. He's not going to run out on some talk show and lay it out there for public consumption. That announcement will come at such time as agreed to by UT, Gruden and lawyers when everything is done.

I've been hopeful but pessimistic about JG coming both in 2012 and this year. After hearing his answer on M&M this morning, I feel pretty confident that something is in the works. Who knows if it will all get settled in the end, but this is the first time I've had a real feeling that it could work out.

Also, people have discussed that if he cannot get the assistants he wants, he may not come. This sounds like a FANTASTIC thing to me. You need more than just a great HC. If he's coming in with the expectation that he's going to assemble the best staff money can buy and is already throwing his weight around to get it, he's already got the program headed on to the next level in my book.
