For all that claim this is a pipe dream and there is no chance, the irony in your inability to accept that it is possible and so vehemently point fingers while you are so the opposite in your 100% guarantee it isn't happening is great.

Most all in here want it, hope for it, but, accept it might not happen. Do you not acknowledge it possible.....because probability of it happening are much greater than not. But, we will see.

Being in this thread is like living in Finland and being in a sauna. When you leave, even for a second, what is going on outside is shocking. You just want to return to the comforting warmth.

I keep going back to the what the recruit said in an interview after Currie called him..

They will know a coach within days....doesn't point to a CURRENTLY employed HC

I kept JJ from beating up my roommate one night on Presidential Plaza. My roomie may have been "overserved" and not known who he was mouthing off to. Luckily I knew JJ through some guys I worked out with.

Good times.

The gradient in this is that some people may doubt Gruden despite believing UT is a premier job. Some people doubt Gruden while wanting him as coach badly. The fact of the matter is that Gruden may pass on the job for any amount of personal reasons.

And the fact of the matter is that this is a messageboard designed for UT discussion. You're neither the owner, nor a moderator. So how about settle down and post like an adult?

That interview was one of the most positive thing I have heard him say..... never mind the denial about talking to anyone.... That was expected by me.... Gruden was NOT going to OUT the Vols on Mike & Mike if this is to be broken by ESPN as Beaver said....

The statement about respecting the coaches says where his heart is..

Don't concern yourself with Doyles meter .... he is still using that old B-745 model from 2012 .... when I ground mine up two weeks ago, I had to purchase a brand new one so I updated to a Q-7452 .... It is the latest and most trusted.... even now it reads "Gruden to the Hill" :)

I've been staying out of this and keeping to myself, which I typically do overall in the forum until someone says something completely asinine that I can't stand, but you guys have completely ruined my work days. I don't know if he'll come or not and I'm completely skeptical (only because of the BVS), but my God this has been the best roller coaster I've ever sat my ass on.

I just don’t understand people like you. Do you know how much easier it is to just not click the link to come into these threads? I mean seriously, it is that simple. I know that may blow your mind, but you actually have the ability to control whether or not you see this discussion. Your like the weird kid that licks all the cupcakes at a birthday party.
