If Florida hires Kelly and clears thru the SEC before we announce a coach i feel we will have to go to googleyourcoach.com

No, he is a much better coach. He is not the sexy hire, but he is a damn good one. His UF offenses were solid. His quarterbacks have been nothing short of spectacular in college. He's got 2 in the nfl right now. One in MLB.:):dance2:

Yo, perhaps if you are tired of hearing about Jon Gruden, maybe you should stop hanging out in the Jon Gruden thread! Might make too much sense, probably why you haven't stopped doing that yet.

Ill say this. If Gruden has not decided by now then he is crazy. He has only had the last 5 years to think about it and hash it all out with his booster buddies. And after things went down the way they did the last time...I find it hard to believe it would go down that way again. Gruden is a total rock star no matter what he does. Getting attention to stoke is ego is not needed IMO. All he should have had to do is lay out exactly what his demands were and that would be for UT to accept or deny. For things to ramp up to this point only to explode is something I have hard time believing. Not to mention the crap he will take from his beloved UT fans for playing them....again...

1.How many times did Swain say Gruden say no several weeks ago?
2. Other than Gruden there has not been much talk besides Gruden
3. Why would Gruden buy house in Knoxville for no reason if for his wife it would probably be Jefferson County
4. Why would Gruden check for coaches if he was not serious?
5. Too much smoke coming out and Tennessee and Gruden wants things quiet.... Maybe ESPN and Tennessee wants attention for of announcement.

Personally I am no insider but think too much is getting out and probably think they are going to have to have announcement within next 7 days or less.

Unless you know Mississippi it is really hard to explain. MSU is just the bastard step child of that state and LSU cherry picks what they want.

I do believe that we are coming to a point where waiting on Gruden to make up his mind can have a negative impact on our coaching search....

If we wait to long and he says no, some of the "B" coaches we have interest in may be off the board.... If we wait that long, we may be in danger of a another Googlename coach hire.

There is a tipping point where for sake of the University that Gruden and Currie MUST make up their mind and make something public
