Trey Wallace just tweeted or Im'd or whatever you call it on periscope that the conversation between Butch and Currie after the game was not pleasant. I'm very new at the periscope thing so it could be a fake account I don't know.

My thoughts for the night/morning (until I get a shower and get about five hours of sleep before going back at it)

I sincerely hope Skeeter is incorrect in what information he's heard. Because if it is Mullen, that's going to alienate a decent portion of the fan base. Because he is just not worth the money it's going to take to get him out of Starkville. He's already making $4.5 mil a year. You think he's going to jump for less than $5 mil or more?

He won't because he's getting good money to post regular mediocre records with low expectations.

Honestly, if Gruden, Kelly, Patterson and Peterson aren't available, go with the cheap hire and roll the dice with Frost or Norvell. I'd much rather save $3 million or more on a salary and take a chance at an up and coming G5 coach rather than a P5 coach that just doesn't have a record worth crowing about. And before someone claims that's what we did with Jones, he was never mentioned in the same manner as Frost or Norvell.

apparently you dont have a clue just how bad the Vols
football program is right now.

this program is on the verge of sliding into a cesspool that
would take another 5-10 years to get out of, if at all.

Gruden is the ONLY available guy who has the homerun name, UT connection, would appeal to recruits, develop players, and experience to turn the program around in a very short period of time.

Tried to find Trey Wallace's Periscope. Saw his Twitter feed, nothing about it there. Didn't see anything of his on Periscope either.

After meeting with Currie at the Waffle House, Butch was forced to walk back to Knoxville...or something like that.

Ok don't quote me on how I got there because I'm about as tech savvy as a rooster in boxing gloves. I found the Basillio Podcast on Periscope and there is a message board type ticker that continuously goes during the podcast. I thought it was a twitter feed but when I looked on @Trey Wallace on twitter its not there. It was Treys profile picture with the post.
