I’m saying there are aspects of it that are good. A time and place for it. But as a lifestyle, I believe it’s dangerous. There’s a good book that teaches us that “things in moderation” is a good approach to just about anything. Gruden is coming.

I used to keto now I'm a big fan of intermittent fasting.
