Exactly. Even if he was in the middle of negotiations and seriously considering it, he wouldn't give even a hint of it in that interview. That would be pretty stupid.

But I still don't think it's likely he's coming. Just my pessimism I suppose.

Well, I predict This time tomorrow, Mississippi State will have received it’s annual thrashing from Alabama, and will have lost thoroughly to three teams ranked above them on the season, and be 4th in the division.

But hey, Mississippi State marches on towards a possible 9-3 season.

I did that Trip for 15 yrs. Been all over SA. and Zimbabwe. Long gruden trip but man beautiful country. Where are you headed to over there? If you got a straight SA airlines it was like an 18 hour trip by the time you stop on that tiny Island in Portuguese about mid way in your trip. Its kind of freaky when you see all the water and not a very big run way to land that large plane on. Enjoy it man and the Kingfish there is to die for and you must try their cola tonic and lemonade (more close to sprite than lemonade).

Edit: I said gruden instead of grueling. Thought I would go with the flow of this thread but not a believer.

I wonder if Tennessee is likely to face any top 10 teams in the near future?

Hmmm... Schedule shows Florida, UGA, and Alabama on the slate for the next 1,000 years.

Ron, you're a good dude and an awesome poster. One of the best, in fact. I appreciate the stuff you bring in here.

But here's the problem I have with "a lot of smoke": if you sit back and look at it objectively, most of it just message board smoke. Or smoke from unreliable people on twitter.

Really, I think almost all of the fat can be cut out and all we really have to go on is what Larry and Hubbs say. Any other sources have just not been proven trustworthy enough, IMO.
