I was more a poster on the scout boards in 2012 and BV posted heavily there. He was very convinced JG was coming and I believed him, as I knew that there had been meetings with Gruden and Gruden had Haslam support.

This was also a time when DP posted frequently over there, DP was also very anti-JG then and refused to acknowledge that Gruden was ever a possibility if I recall correctly.

Not sure if the University went back to Blackberry Farms or not. Alexander was using it in a fairly corrupt fashion when he was the president of UT. He also publicly fundraised quite often to buy land around the place to donate to the park. Thus keeping any private land where someone could build a competing establishment off the market.

My best friend lived right next to him and this dude always had parties there with crazy security
