Just saw s story on Facebook that ESPN is laying off 100 employees after thanksgiving. That situation is really what makes me think Gruden May Be done with broadcasting, and ready to go back to coaching.

If the plane bit is true, even if Jim loaned it to Jon vs giving it to him, it doesn't seem like he is that opposed to hiring Gruden. if there was all this tension, I can't see him just giving in that easily and playing nice
