It's getting close. Read the War Room this morning and Hubbs is having to address it. They reached out to Gruden's people for a comment. They were denied. They went through ESPN and requested an interview with Gruden...they were denied.

Interestingly, Hubbs feels Butch won't survive a loss...but still feels it will require a loss to give him the boot before the end of the season.

Hubbs has been tight lipped about all of this, going so far as denying any Gruden ties, but now that he's in the middle of it, and commenting on it, I take that as an indication that **** is about to go down! He is at the heart of "state run media", and for him to comment without just brushing it off as "silly rumors", tells me he's chomping at the bit to say something.

What does he wanna say???

It wasn't just Boro and DTO. Lexvol, Slice, and many others were harassed mercilessly.

Like Boro said, a lot of people left and never came back.

Regardless, it is today as it was then, a fun place with a lot of interesting personalities and stories.

The GIFs that were posted in those threads were among the funniest things I have ever seen. I seem to recall that there was a compilation thread but I can't seem to find it.

Happy Veterans Day to those of you that have served. All societies should be measured by the way in which they care for those who put it all on the line. I look forward to the day that I am not ashamed at the way our society takes care of our own.

Still catching up, but what about 2 classifications - OG & Grudenite? One can be those that brought info and suffered for the cause & the other can be those who have been here through it all (or most of it at least).

Not buying the Sunday announcement...nothing makes sense about that process. Yes, "a leak" is one explanation, but that does not mean an announcement will be made. I hold fast to November 27th as the day of reckoning... But hey, if it does happen Sunday, all the better!!!

The point Boro is making and I agree... the term OG cost us something on VN to own it.... the lurkers were NOT know by the masses, so they didn't have to pay that price of ridicule for five years.... some of us even left the board for a while (me included) ....

I quit being a lurker in November, 2012 and began to particpate/follow the Gruden threads but in no way am I an OG. That Honor belongs to a very few who started those threads and brought information. The, um, picture of their avatars on The Rock was posted in one of the earlier 2017 threads!

Now, am I a True Grudenite? ABSOLUTELy!!!

I held my spot in the Pub thread we adjourned to after it ended last time.

My only thought as to why there would be an announcement/Butch being officially let go is that the internal investigation into Kendrick's concussion concluded. Clay Travis confirmed they were investigating.
