I agree there are some come in here to be silly about it. I'm all for this hire, I've just had legit concerns about stuff, and some don't like anyone to doubt anything. I hope I'm wrong about my concerns.

Oh I'm definitely not 100% sold on it. I've seen enough to lay $500 on it though. It's a gamble, but gonna be worth the payout if it happens. I want to believe so bad, but I just can go all in until it actually happens. The posters on here that have all but verified it lead me to believe it's at least a decent possibility of happening and that's why I stalk this thread daily. The people that don't come in here with good intentions have really missed out on some great intel and can't understand how close this really is to happening.

I totally agree with this it would not be a good look for JG. On the other hand it wouldn't surprise me to see an announcement that CBJ will be stepping down, just because of the issues that have been getting bigger (recruiting, concussions, Antone etc...)

True, but I think the issues would be the only thing that force him out early. I think the timeline has always been end of season.

– Jonathan Coachman has left his position at ESPN. Coachman announced the news on Twitter on Wednesdasy morning in response to a fan question. As you can see in the post below, Coachman said “it was just time to leave” for both personal and professional reasons:
