If you're going to talk about something totally unrelated to football, have at it, but be prepared to jump back onto the Gruden topic at a moment's notice.

If you're going to talk football, but not specifically about Vol coaching, then find a way for it to be pro-Gruden or at least somewhat Gruden-flavored.

And yes, as with any tightknit community, being a long-time member certainly gets you more leeway. But that's just human nature, and not unfair.

My son called me a Little while ago to tell me that JG had signed earlier this morning.
He heard Warner Agee (out of Trenton TN) call into 101.5 this morning and say it was a done deal
Evidently Mr Agee has a Highly placed source.

Yeah not sure who that guy is but west TN is a buzz today. Got lots of text and calls from friends asking me had I heard this. Even had one go as far to say the ink is for sure dry but they wouldn't give up a source.

I had to give up the internet for a year after that. I'd say a bunch of others did as well. I just couldn't cope.

Sadly, I just can't engage the same, although I will be thoroughly pleased when they announce Gruden.

If it is not Gruden? Well, lets just say that my "give a f***" is running on fumes as it is....

Can't say it doesn't make me happy to see all the same folks in here though.

After 10 years of the Hot Mess that has been Tennessee coaching, I can do 3 more weeks standing on my head.

And I will be at the LSU and Vandy games, believing that better days are ahead.

Listen, I’m just messing. I’m a lightweight. Knuck and others can be ruthless. It is a Gruden thread but for weeks there have been drive by negas coming by and telling us who would be better and we’re stupid for believing Gruden would be here. It got old fast. So basically in this thread, it’s Gruden till it isn’t.

Actually, I like that about him.
You guys remember Pat Summitts famous glare.
His is similar. Gets the meaning across without any words.
