Usually much simpler than this . You know what your employee will pay for a room let’s say $60-$130 a night, you have a company CC to pay for room ( save receipt ) turn all paperwork in on this run .

I travel for work. Spend most of my year in a motel. I have no budget for my rooms. But, I have to stay where they accept my companies CC. It's CLC so it's mostly Mid-tier places.
