if you take the 2nd string, translate it from text into hexadecimal, the third combo to pop out is 36.
On the Jon Gruden-led 2002 Tampa Bay Buccaneers team that won the Super Bowl, #36 was ... Travis Stephens.
It may be a fake bitcoin confirmation code, but I think it still has hidden meaning.
