Now these reumors will start getting out of hand.

Yep, it's all happening just like last time. Raheem Morris for WR will be the next rumor, just like last time lol

Edit or whatever position he coaches, can't remember from 2012 what role he was going to have on staff

McBride was 1-8 passing and JG led us to the only semi-legit TD drive in the whole game. I think you're crazy.

He looked ALOT quicker when he was running/scrambling than JG, but with that being said he also seemed pretty inaccurate with his passes.

If butch was gonna let him run against Mizzou i'd be intrigued to see him play some more but you know that won't happen so might as well put JG out there with a gimp leg.

You’re way behind bud. That was like 3 weeks ago.

He’s averaged a top 25 class the past 5 years AT MISSISSIPPI STATE!

Seriously, he might be the best recruiter in the country.

Eh, that is an SEC advantage. UK has been ranked higher the last 2 years, and 2 of the last 4 have been ranked in the 30's.

He would recruit better at UT, but he isn't known for his recruiting.

I agree he looked quicker. I think he could develop into a pretty good QB with a decent QB coach.

His arm looks pretty good. Might as well let him go and see what he can do.

Callaway's not going to play, either, is he?

I would be very surprised if him or JG played. If they do play I don’t know how effective they would be. JG with limited legs gives us virtually no shot imo.

The coach next year will have tons of talent. On the OL he will still have Richmond and Trey, and if we hire him in time and he is a home run hire, we can get Cade back. With good coaching those guys can be 3 big time players on the OL for next year. Still have JG at QB and with a good QB coach he’ll improve big time next season imo with the experience he is getting. Chandler, CFA and Jordan at RB. Maybe grab another one as well who is highly ranked with the right coach. Callaway and Palmer at receiver. JJ if he comes back and he should.

On the DL still have KMac, Tuttle, Phillips, and Taylor. Then add the newcomers next season who are big time players. I still expect big things from Butler as well. Linebacker is DK, Bituli, Sapp, Ignont, that’s a lot of talent. At corner you’ll have Byrd, Shamburger, hopefully Horn, and others. At safety we’ll have Warrior and Abernathy and others. This team is still stacked.

We just do not have coaching. An elite coach can win early. In 2 years can win east if not next year.

I’ve sold my stock on Richmond man.

Can someone give me a rundown of some coaches that have worked for DM? Didn't he lose two defense coordinators?

This talk about his recruiting is crazy to me. He will recruit really well here especially if he hires a good staff which is nearly impossible at Miss State. Dan Mullen has been in this league for over a decade and knows what it takes.

CBJ recruited well here but we never got to see him reach his peak as a recruiter because he **** the bed on the field and never got to 10 wins like he should have.

Manny Diaz went to Miami with Richt

Peter Sirmon went to Louisville

Dat depth class tho

People keep talking about Mullen hiring a good staff, but aren't his guys developing beyond potential right now?

There are some good coaches on his staff right now. Get a couple cruiters and go.

But none of this matters cause Gruden.

Biggest problem with our offensive line is that they don't lift weights and they have a culture of being soft. We still return a lot of O linemen. Need to make a great hire at O line coach.

We return almost all of our defensive linemen and we are signing a good class in that area.

I'm not as optimistic as you, I guess. Culture issues take more than one year to figure out.

And I try not to pencil in any freshmen as contributors on the offensive and defensive line right away. There are exceptions of course.
