No...I'm not either. I heard it a couple of weeks back, and only mentioned it because you did. In no way do I suggest that is who it will be...but the name has been out there.

I take that as Gruden is in 100% and now we are determining OCs. Based on my knowledge and sources, I'm 98.52% in on Gruden, and I even heard an even weirder name for OC, one who used to be a coach here.

I’m not getting as much caught up in Josh McDaniels specifically, as the fact that if Gruden comes, this is the level of staff expected.. Gruden alone is huge, but the staff he could assemble is what really gets me excited about his potential here.

Gruden’s staff would be pretty incredible. I think there’d be assistants who’d take less just to work with him. Not necessarily OC’s or DC’s but position coaches. Does he personally own the QB coach role? I think so...

Tony B is reporting that CBJ is going to Boosters saying he will fire all his assistant coaches if they give him another year and don’t fire him. Tony B also reporting that CBJ is telling the players they are trying to hire Gruden underneath him while he’s still coaching. CBJ if this it true is trying to play his on players against the school, I don’t like this at all In fact it pisses me off. If CBJ is really saying this to the players he is trying to turn players against the school and each other. Again just passing this alone

In my opinion the NFL is on the downward spiral. NFL jobs just arent as attractive anymore.

College football is king, which is why i think it's totally plausible for all these NFL names getting thrown around for college gigs.

This plus he would be able to get the players he wants without relying on a GM. Makes perfect sense, the money is as good and more control of his team.
