TBH, UGA should’ve had 2-3 seasons like this one over the past 5 years or so. They always had the talent. They just never had the right offensive staff to get a QB ready and had some discipline issues that always seemed to hurt them at key times.


I’m hoping Kirby either flames out or makes the NFL jump soon and doesn’t end up being Saban 2.0.

Fair point. But he has them playing at an elite level right now.

I’m hoping to see this to bring UGA back down to earth a bit.

Also, I don’t want the Auburn job to come open this year. Don’t wanna compete with UF, A&M, and Auburn for a new coach (if the gruden stuff never comes to fruition, that is).

I am one of the few fans who suffered watching UT play Georgia and Bama live this year. JMO but Alabama is a way better football team. Injuries ect can change things between now and if they play. However, based on what I saw, Alabama is a better football team right now. And I hate Bama.

Like I said, first game of the year.

1st games can be crazy. Do you think we beat GA Tech right now?

Think we would have beaten VA Tech 11th game last year?

When I see GA compete with Bama I’ll believe they are for real. Till then I’ll still believe they are one dimensional and will get shut down.

It has taken awesome QB play to beat Bama in the last several years. Don't see UGA being able to do that.

The pupil will bow to its master in Atlanta I'm afraid.
