I will finish my clinical rotations forever in the next few hours so things about to get interesting.

Tifwiw

Time to celebrate, brother. Congrats. Then you can get to work on this hire. This 100 hour a week work/study stuff has been seriously detracting from your Vol production.

Even without the Vols aspect, I just can’t imagine Gruden going back to the team that fired him. Nothing surprises me anymore though.

Currie, Butch and the entire AD reading the coaching search saga on VN.

On TOS, Lws bolded a part that said that The Haslam family was no longer in charge. Poster asked Hubbs and he said Ergen was more active now. So who knows.

But but but, Deerpark and Basilio! Swain doesn't know anything! Right?! Right?!

Especially since Haynesworth said on the radio that it was all Haslem and Swain said on his show that it was other money men who refused to allow one person to make the decisions anymore.

But carry one. Swain doesn't know anything, right?

My personal opinion is everyone is exaggerating and putting their own spin on what they actually know. With how silly they all have looked it becomes more clear everyday thus they come up with the blame Currie stance etc....

If both say this, I would tend to think they are correct. I guess DeerPark's sources are from 2012.

I highly doubt that is true.

I will paraphrase and you can go look it up.

Basilio: I don't think Swain is misleading anyone. Swain was told Gruden has reached out to a former player and gauged interest with being on potential staff, that player told Haynesworth and then told Swain. Gruden has done this before in 2012 also

You know if every day or two someone says 'things are going to get interesting in the next 24-48 hours', they'll eventually be right.

So Deerpark was wrong!?!?

:eek:lol:

Deerpark has always come off as condescending. When the switch from Adidas to Nike rumors began to be discussed, almost a year prior, he took such a hard line stance that he came off biased, as if he had a personal stake in it.

I don't doubt that he has insight to the inner workings of the AD but I've never trusted his info.
