Didn’t mean for that to sound dirty. I just want to bring Gruden home.

Regardless of folks' feelings, we are all going to have a grude awakening one way or the other, good or bad.

In my opinion everything necessary for Gruden to come to Tennessee wrapped up Thursday with the exception of Butch formally vacating the job. I don't know future time-frames or any info that would let me make an educated guess as to a timeline. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter.

For those concerned about our brand being damaged by Butch, there's nothing he can do (again IMO) to our brand between now and the end of the season that he hasn't already done. But it's also nothing that can't be fixed by the right hire.

And the right hire isn't the only change that's going to help our brand. The leadership at the top is going to help in that regard now, FINALLY.
