Reported that Trey Smith will start at tackle today and converted DE Devonte Brooks will start in his place at guard. The OL was supposed to be a strength of this team and now it's in shambles. Feel for Guarantano.

I was sticking with the Kiffin as OC narrative. If Gruden had a 1-3 year plan at TN then jump to the NFL, or something else, bringing Kiffin in to take over would make sense.

You think Kiffin wants to stay where he is long term? Would he take an OC position at a P5 school, under Jon Gruden, that's making mega bucks, that plays Bama every year...etc, with the possibility of replacing him?

Hell I don't know, I was just saying if you buy everything else, this isn't hard to buy either.

Yeah, there's always somewhere better. Living here kind of makes it a little more convenient though. Plus you always have free help working on the blind every year.

Me too...but IMO, this has been good for his mentality. But I wouldn’t wish that on anyone...just sayin.

This is a small world. I worked for Bob one summer when I was a young teen. I loved going there. Most people are gone now. I knew a lot of the guards for the farm back then.

Big Bob rocking the captain hat. Lol. I think his pearl museum burnt down a year or so ago. Everything is back to normal but they lost a bunch of stuff I think.

Wow! I used to drive down there late at night with my dad to see if the guards were sleeping on the job. We caught them so many times sleeping on other people’s pontoons and party boats. Hahaha
