Acceptance by omission.
1. Gruden loves the Vols
2. Gruden wouldn't do anything to purposefully hurt the program.
3. If he's not interested, he "should" say something, as it isn't positive for UT to have Grumors continue, if not valid. If not JG, Currie should have common sense to have him make a statement that he's not interested...but that hasn't happened.
4. Therefore, I think silence and lack of comment shows that there is some interest.
5. UT not taking action on Jones because UT needs to make bowl game, and Gruden wouldn't take over "in season"
6. Optimal result is to make bowl game for underclassmen practice, and minimize losses in recruiting.
7. Just released pictures of $350MM capX project, needing fund raising by JG
8. It's happening.

I really do believe the balance of power is shifting and there is some interest that was not there last go around. I believe we get our man this go around.

Currie just getting everything set up to make a move. He would prefer wait till end of season but IMO his hand will be forced with next loss. (Honestly, can't believe he is still there. Utterly pathetic.)

Dont trust anyone who says their source is inside the AD. Currie is as tight lipped as they come. He is the only one who knows it. Very secretive, very deliberate.

He’s not going to comment on a coaching vacancy that doesn’t exist yet. It would be unprofessional for him to publicly acknowledge it while Butch still has the job... that’s kind of an unspoken rule.

Remember seeing them play their first gig when we were in High School. Anthrax bar or something. Been a long time and not sure on the bar name. Was a punk band bar back in the day.
