Very far behind and probably won?t catch up soon, but have to jump in to say that the best BBQ in TN and possibly anywhere is at The BBQ Shop on Madison Ave in Memphis. Everyone should check out Memphis in May?s BBQ Fest at some point. The 901 knows pig!

Come on in. There are only 2 rules and that is what BBQ ISN'T.

BBQ isn't a cooking vessel....as in "Let's cook a steak on the BBQ."

BBQ also isn't an event...as in "Come over on Saturday for a BBQ."
